When you come to the bureau or
telephone us we will carry out a short interview to identify your
problem, then decide with you the most appropriate next steps. This may
be to offer you an appointment, to arrange to ring you back with advice,
to send you advice by letter or email or, if you are housebound or a
carer, to offer you a home visit.
