What can the CAB do?
We can:
- Explain any rights you may have to refund
or to compensation.
- Help to get the matter resolved by
negotiation if possible.
- Explain how to use the County Court to
enforce your rights.
- Help you fill in forms; prepare your case
and collect all the evidence you need for your case.
- Explain the meaning of your contract
terms.
- Identify any cancellation rights you may
have in your credit agreement.
- Explain any penalties for late payment of
your credit agreement and any benefits from early payment.
- Draft letters you may need to write, or,
if you choose, we can write them for you.
- Explain the quality you could expect from
a trader bearing in mind the price paid.
