We give assistance by:
- Filling in forms (e.g. benefit claims, court
documents)
- Drafting or writing letters
- Negotiating on the client's behalf (e.g. with
employers, suppliers, local authority or government agencies)
- Dealing with complex lengthy casework (e.g.
Employment and Social Security Appeal Tribunals) requiring advocacy and
representation
- Making referrals to other agencies that provide
specialist help
